Bob has handled thousands of criminal cases. As a former prosecutor with the Pinellas and Pasco County State Attorney’s Office his extensive trial experience includes more than 50 jury trials in the areas of DUI, Aggravated Battery, Drug Trafficking, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, burglary, robbery, child abuse and attempted murder. Bob also served as a lead trial attorney, overseeing several other attorneys.  

Bob has represented people accused of a wide range of crimes including DUI Manslaughter, Grand Theft, Trafficking and other drug offenses, Burglary, Domestic Violence, DUI, Worthless Check charges, Criminal Mischief and Firearms charges. Bob also has extensive experience representing juveniles who have been accused of crimes.

While a student at Stetson College of Law, Bob was a member of the Stetson College Trial Team; ranked the best trial team in the United States by U.S. News & World Reports. Bob competed in numerous competitions and won recognition as a National Champion, Southern Regional Champion and Florida State Champion Advocate. He received the Order of Barristers Award for having exhibited excellence and attaining a high degree of honor through the Art of Courtroom Advocacy. Bob was recognized by Who’s Who Among Students at American Universities and Colleges.
